Overview: Position Summary In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the treatment of residents with all types of wounds and ulcers and serve as an expert at the community for any skin integrity issues. Establish wound care protocol at the community and identify high-risk residents to promote optimal skin integrity outcomes. Identify and provide associate educational needs pertaining to wound care. Prepare job-related reports to present to the leadership of the department. Perform other duties as assigned. Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates.
